Here, you'll live close to a grocery store, pharmacy, and Västerås city center. The property features a shared terrace.

The apartment is shared between two tenants. One tenant rents a room in the apartment and shares the bathroom and kitchen with the other tenant who rents the second room in the apartment. Kitchen includes a stove with 4 hot plates, oven, a fridge and a freezer. Be prepared to provide your own kitchen utensils, plates etc.

There are laundry facilities available for the use of all tenants, and access to a bicycle storage room in the basement. The building is located approximately 1.6 km from the University.

Electricity, hot water, and heating are included in the rent. Please note that you will need to arrange your own internet subscription.
