You have access to a common lounge, storage space, and a shared laundry room for all residents. For cyclists, there is a bike storage room, and parking spaces are available for rent separately (subject to availability).

Electricity, hot water, and heating are included in the rent. Please note that you will need to arrange your own internet subscription.
