Here you live within cycling distance to the city center, train station, and Mälardalen University. Just a bike ride away, you’ll find Stenby, with a grocery store, sports center, and good public transport connections.

The apartment includes a kitchenette, equipped with a stove, oven, extractor fan, fridge, and freezer. Some of the apartments at Gökärten feature a large balcony or patio. See the floor plan.

You have access to a common lounge, storage space, and a shared laundry room for all residents. For cyclists, there is a bike storage room, and parking spaces are available for rent separately (subject to availability).

Electricity, hot water, and heating are included in the rent. Please note that you will need to arrange your own internet subscription.
