The housing is located with just a 10-minute bike ride from the university.
The apartment features bright walls and a kitchenette with a four-burner stove, oven, fridge, and freezer. The bathroom is fully tiled in gray and white, with a shower and toilet.

In the surrounding area, you'll find bus stops, a grocery store, restaurants, and green spaces. The building offers laundry facilities in the basement, as well as a gym with a sauna, which can be booked for free. Parking spaces are available for rent right next to the property.

Electricity, hot water, and heating are included in the rent. Please note that you will need to arrange your own internet subscription.

Please note: A mattress must be purchased upon move-in for a one-time cost. Bed linen is not included.
